Gunbir is one of our Associate Directors and part of the Rai family, who run RCH Care Homes.
Qualified in economics, with a background in accounting, Gunbir works in a variety of different areas of the business and likes the fact that no two days are the same.
He loves chatting to residents, their families and our team members and listening to their life stories and anecdotes. He is also inspired when he sees our company values in action and our care teams show the same tenderness and kindness supporting our residents, as they would do if they were caring for their own family members.
In his spare time, he enjoys staying active by walking in the great outdoors with his two German Shepherds, swimming, playing football and visiting new places.
He also loves eating his mum’s Indian food – which he says is amazing (and probably why he needs to stay so active!), reading and spending time with his family and friends.
