Why do you love working for RCH care homes?
I have been in post as RCH Head of Quality and Governance for the past 18 months.
After 35 years of working in the Health and Social Care sector, I wanted to join a smaller care provider that had family values I believe in our core values of Respect, Care and Honesty. My role is varied and no two days are the same, I love supporting our teams to achieve the best outcomes, navigating our way round problems to enhance care delivery.
Working as part of the senior management team – with like minded colleagues, who are supportive, knowledgeable in their area of expertise – the one team approach.
The Rai family are incredibly supportive, open to new ideas, learning, development and uphold the family values and behaviours of RCH.
What does a perfect day with your family look like?
My family and friends are incredibly important to me, so being surrounded by the people I love most is a perfect day, weather its in the garden, at the beach or in Malta, not forgetting my little Shih Tzu Rudy Rudy Ru.
